Evaluation Absence Policy

In the event that your player cannot attend the evaluation times scheduled due to an excusable event, please review our Evaluation Absence Policy on our process for your player to be evaluated at an additional time. 

DISCLAIMER:

• This policy only applies to U11, U13, U15 and U17 (parody B).
• If an athlete and family have applied for this, it does not mean Strathmore Venom must honor the request if the evaluation committee does not feel the requirements have been met.
• Just because this absenteeism policy has been applied to the situation does not mean the player is guaranteed to make the “B” level, and the player may remain on “C”
• If rosters of each team at the age level are at the maximum allowable limit (18 runners and 2 goalies), this policy becomes irrelevant, and players will be placed at the “C” level.
• The fee for applying this policy is $100.00 per athlete. $50.00 is non-refundable should the application be rejected. The fee must be paid in full prior to the evaluation committee’s suggested date.
• If the suggested evaluation date cannot be attended by the athlete, this policy will not be applied, and the player will remain on the “C” level.
• Absentee requests must be made within 72 hours of a known conflict. However, players can apply under extenuating circumstances, such as late registration.
