Volunteer Waiver Fee
Please be aware of the Strathmore Lacrosse Volunteer Policy. Strathmore Lacrosse has set the volunteer bond at $400 per player. The volunteer bond covers Additional Volunteer Committments such as volunteering for board positions, head coach, assistant coach, jersey parent, team trainer, manager, Redneck Rumble tournament positions, Canada Day tournament positions, Roughnecks 50/50, casino (if applicable), committee members for club improvements etc.
Please note, all members, other than bench staff, are expected to participate with Game Day positions including scoreboard, shot clock, and penalty box assignments on a rotating basis. Payment of a volunteer bond does not preclude you from these efforts.

Fundraising Fee
Please be aware of the Strathmore Lacrosse Fundraising Policy. A $100 fundraising fee will be required at the time of registration. While this fee is paid up front, there will be an opportunity for registrants to earn this money back with a club wide fundraiser through a cash call raffle at the beginning of the season.

Evaluation Policy
New to the 2025 season there will be no parents available to watch the evaluation floor times. Viewing areas will be blocked off for evaluators only. We ask parents to please respect this and allow your athlete to perform in a less stressed enviroment with less viewership to help build confidence. Click here for more info on the Evaluation Policy
When registering:
*Prior to starting registration all families must have one family member certified in respect in sport!* Proceed to Respect in Sport
If you are new to Strathmore Lacrosse, you will need to create a new account and add the players you are registering. If you are returning, you can sign in with your account from previous seasons.
From there, you are ready to register.
Select add a new registration.
After you add a new registration and select the player, you will have the opportunity to add a new registration product. Here you will select the division for your player based on age.
Division is based on the players age as of December 31st. Meaning if your player turns 11 in October 2024, then they should play in U13 not U11.
Choose one and follow the instructions given.
HOKS A Team Tryout packages are available for U13, U15 and U17 players. And must be selected prior to checkout. There is a Non-refundable $50 Evaluations fee for any HOKS A Tryouts.
Registration is required in order to participate in any preseason floor times or in evaluations
Once submitted you can then choose if you need to add another player.
Once you have completed all of your registrations you will then proceed to checkout to make your payment. Effective immediately, we will be taking payments by Credit Card only.
If you cannot use the Credit option to pay by Credit card, please email registrar@strathmorelacrosse.com to seek alternate payment options.
