5x 2 queen family suite @ 146.60+tax for May 31-June 2, 2024

Please note cots are not guaranteed at this time. Please bring an air mattress if requiring an additional bed. There is an additional $20 plus tax fee per pet per night. As well there is an additional $10 plus tax per adult over 2 in the room.

Quiet time in the hotel is at 10pm, we request no gatherings in the halls after this time. Guests may be asked to leave the hotel if they continue to disturb other guests.

Pool and Hot Tub are available from 8am - 10pm. There is no food or alcohol allowed in the Swimming Area.

Hot Continental Buffet Style Breakfast is available from 5:30am-10am on Saturday and Sunday. It Includes scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, breakfast sausages, individually wrapped bagels / bread, oatmeal, cereal, hard boiled eggs, fruit cups, granola bars, yogurt, and fruit.

The cutoff date for your block booking is May 11th /24 for all rooms not guaranteed to a credit card. Your blocks are booked under 2024 Redneck Rumble

As this is a block booking, cancellations will be accepted up to 3 days prior to this event. After that a 1-night fee will be charged.

Please be aware check in is any time after 3:00pm and check out is 11:00am. We are unable to provide early check in or late check out for this weekend.

I have attached our sport team agreement!! Please share with the rest of your team members. Please note we do not allow mini-sticks in the hotel!

***Please book a separate room within your block for a team gathering room for lunch/supper usage and/or bag storage. We do not have any spare rooms for this use.

Please note that our hotel is nonsmoking.

Prices are based on 1 or 2 adults. Any additional adults are $10.00 each, plus taxes.

Check in time is 3pm, an earlier check may be arranged but please note that anything before 2pm will require a further charge.

Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel within 24hrs of check-in date at no charge. In case of

cancellation after this time, you will be charged for the room and tax for one

night per room.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Each person checking in to the hotel will need to sign a team contract. In order to check in, you must have valid government issued ID (we do not accept a picture of your ID, you must have the physical ID with you), a credit card OR a $500 deposit + total stay amount for cash or debit, and your license plate number. The deposit is returned upon checkout after we check the room for damage. A preauthorization is put on your credit card for your total stay amount. We release the hold upon checkout. How fast the funds return to your credit card is dependent on your bank.

Banquet room details:

Room rental - $1640

The room needs to be fully staffed and catered by us. A liquor license must be purchased as well. The minimum cost of this room will be $6000.

Breakfast area details:

Room rental - $0.00

Teams can book one hour intervals for a team supper up until our quiet hours of 10 pm - 6am. No liquor is allowed in public spaces, including the breakfast area. You can have alcohol in your private rooms.

****We do not give keys to children. An adult with the proper information that matches the room details must be present in order for a room key to be obtained. This is for our guest’s security and safety. We do not allow children under 12 to be unattended in either public spaces or private rooms. You must be over 14 to swim or work out by yourself. If you are under 14, you must have an adult over the age of 18 to supervise. No food or drink are allowed in the pool area or the workout room.***
